What is the payment process for corporate events and incentives?
We require a 50% deposit to secure corporate event or incentive trip bookings under R500,000. For bookings over R500,000, we require a 30% deposit.

Sure thing. We offer an array of add-ons you can choose to customise your corporate event or incentive trip. From accommodation to gourmet dining and team-building activities, we can tailor-make an event to suit your specific business needs.
When do we need to know the final numbers for your event or trip?
We need to know your final numbers at least 30 days before the start of your event to confirm arrangements and ensure a seamless experience. Bookings made within 30 days of the event require final numbers at the time of confirmation.
Can we lock in the specific date after the initial enquiry?
Absolutely. You don’t need a concrete date just to make an enquiry. We can lock in the date once we’ve confirmed availability and received your deposit.
